Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador to help guests choose smoothies and retail products that support healthy, active lifestyles. The role emphasizes friendly guest interaction, on-brand service, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include smoothie preparation, maintaining quality ingredients, and upholding the company culture while delivering a great guest experience. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team players excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests with a guest-comes-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious smoothies and prepare ingredients.
• Ensure the guest's purpose is met when ordering drinks.
• Greet guests and provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep fruits, vegetables, powders, and liquids.
• Open and/or close the store as needed.
• Complete daily store checklist tasks.
• Be punctual and ready to work.
• Live and promote Smoothie King culture, values and mission.

• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
