Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring passionate Crew Members in Gulf Breeze, Florida, for full- and part-time positions. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus tips, bringing the effective hourly rate to $15.50 to $16.50. Crew Members will work in different stations during shifts and must provide excellent customer service. We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positions

starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus tip share paid weekly which currently average $1.50 to $2.50 per hour added to your regular pay. Your effective hourly rate is $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
