Job summary

Workstream in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service at Papa John's. Responsibilities include preparing food, taking orders, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and processing transactions. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Team Member, you’ll prepare quality products, take orders, and provide friendly service to every guest. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and organized, support closing duties, and process transactions accurately. By following company standards, suggestive selling, and working safely, you’ll contribute to a positive team environment and great customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
