Job summary

Wegmans is hiring for multiple in-store roles across Bakery, Cheese, Deli, Produce, Meat and Seafood to support daily operations, merchandising, quality and safety. You’ll stock shelves, ensure fresh displays, rotate inventory and help customers find items quickly.

• Provide incredible customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, and presentable for an appealing display.
• Monitor product quality, rotate inventory, check expiration dates and remove spoiled items.
• Unload deliveries and support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean department.

Job description

We’re looking for people to support the daily operations while preparing and merchandising products, maintaining quality and food safety standards, and providing incredible customer service. In this role, you’ll ensure shelves and cases are fully stocked, products are fresh and accurately displayed, and customers can easily find the items they need!

What You'll Do

• Provide incredible customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely & effective manner
• Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked
• Monitor product quality, rotate inventory, check expiration dates, and remove damaged or out-of-date items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department while unloading deliveries and supporting inventory and merchandising activities
