Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador to help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie and retail selections that support a healthy lifestyle. The role emphasizes a friendly, guest-first experience and enthusiasm for the brand.

The Team Member will blend smoothies, greet guests, prep ingredients, and perform opening/closing duties while upholding Smoothie King’s culture and values. Benefits include an employee discount and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team member with interest in health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Food service experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious smoothies.
• Ensure Guest needs are met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage Guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Complete store checklist tasks.
• Be punctual and ready to work.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a “guest comes first” attitude
