Firehouse Subs in Franklin, TN is seeking a friendly Team Member to be the face of our fast casual brand. You will assist customers, prepare menu items, and work with a driven team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the register, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean store while following strict food safety standards. We provide flexible scheduling and paid training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft software and register operation.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F.
