Job summary

Swig University Crossing is hiring Daytime Team Members in Fort Myers, FL. You will greet customers, craft drinks and food, and help keep the store clean and organized while delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

Must be at least 16 years old with a food handler's permit. Competitive pay up to $12-14/hr including tips, plus discounted drinks and cookies. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are provided in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform all duties as needed.

• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Daytime Team Members must able to work between 7am-3pm on weekdays.
