Panera Bread in Florida is seeking Restaurant Team Members to join our warm, fast-paced bakery-café team. As a Team Member, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You can learn multiple roles—from cashier to baking to drive-thru where available—and grow with our career-path program. We offer meal discounts, bi-weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take orders with a smile.

• Learn different positions (cashier, baking, drive-thru where available, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, dining room upkeep).
• Ensure orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently.
