Job summary

Northwest Tire in Fargo, ND is seeking a team member to assist customers with tire and automotive service needs in a fast-paced shop. You will evaluate tires, make recommendations, and help customers choose appropriate solutions while delivering friendly, reliable service.

This full-time role offers Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., rotating Saturdays, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is preferred but will train.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to assess and address customer tire and service needs efficiently.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with tire and automotive service needs in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support shop operations and maintain a clean work area.
