Popeyes is seeking a Part-time Guest Service Team Member in Diamond Bar, CA. The role offers a starting wage of $20 per hour with opportunities for growth in a fun Cajun hospitality environment.

You will handle customer service, work across stations (drinks, front counter, dining, drive-thru), and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Guest Service Team Member’s Responsibilities:

• Engaged in taking care of customers
• Set an example of friendly and efficient customer service for others to follow
• Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is hot, served quickly, and neatly presented
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members
• Able to work on all workstations as required including
• Drinks Station
• Front Counter
• Dining Area
• Drive-Thru
• Keep the kitchen & dining area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly
