Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking fun and energetic Team Members to work on-site at the Desert Hot Springs location. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and assist with shop and car wash showrooms while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

You will work in a busy outdoor environment, requiring mobility, customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior high school level education is preferred.

Qualifications

Quick Quack Car Wash is looking for fun and energetic Team Members to join our rapidly growing organization. The person will be working on-site at the car wash, greeting and interacting with customers in a kind and professional manner. Team Members will also have the responsibility of maintaining general housekeeping at the site, cashiering, guiding customers into the car wash showroom, and more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assistscustomers with questions or price discrepancies
• Ensuresaccuratetransactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, andverifyingsales at end of shift
• Assistscustomers inlocatingvarious products, resolving complaints, or providing information; directs customers to otherdepartmentsas necessary
• Holds advertising signs and performs other marketing-related functions
• Properly usessales membership pitch when interacting with new customers
• Sellsadditionalservices and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer
• Accurately and efficientlycompletessales transactions andmaintainsproper cashaccountabilitiesat POS registers
• Stocks andmaintainsmerchandise in vendingcart
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
• Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardized

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
