Position: Smoothie King Team Member

Job Type:

Work Days Available:

• Monday - Friday
• Weekends

Requirements:

• Age 16 or older
• Passion for health and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies according to Smoothie King's standards
• Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on the health benefits of our smoothies and recommend appropriate options
• Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the growth of the business by promoting our products and services

Essential Job Functions:

• Able to tolerate extended exposure to common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy products, dairy products, and a variety of fruits.
• Follow procedures for handling and preparing food items for customers with allergies, including using separate equipment and utensils and taking appropriate precautions to prevent cross-contact.
• Keep work area clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow procedures for opening and closing the store, including balancing cash registers, securing the store, and completing end-of-day tasks.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Prep ingredients for the smoothie line and bowl stations
• Able to bend, reach, and scoop for the duration of assigned shift
