Captain D’s in DeLand, FL is seeking a Team Member to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping guests, taking orders, and contributing to a friendly, efficient atmosphere.

We offer flexible schedules, employee discounts, and paid training to help you grow with the team. Prior food-service exposure is helpful, but we value enthusiasm and teamwork above all.

Qualifications

• Must be 14+ years old.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, safe dining area and stations.
• Assist with bussing and food prep as needed.
