Job summary

White Castle in Dearborn, MI is hiring team members to support customers with a friendly, fast service experience. No experience required—we’ll teach you the ropes and help you grow with the company.

As a team member, you’ll take and prepare orders, handle payments and maintain a clean, safe dining area while supporting a high-energy work environment and our commitment to excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive company initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
