Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group is hiring Team Members for Burger King Restaurant #27100 in Danielsville, GA. We offer Full Time & Part Time positions with competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and answer questions about the menu.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, a smile, and menu assistance.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system, including modifications.
• Process cash, card, and other payments, ensuring correct change.
• Suggest additional items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and process refunds when needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications and package properly.
• Keep work area, counters, dining room, restrooms, and exterior clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests making eye contact, smiling and answering questions about the menu
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, including modifications and special requests
• Process cash, credit card and other forms of payment, ensuring correct change is given
• Suggest additional items or combos to customers based on promotions and their orders
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer, following proper cash handling procedures
• Resolving customer complaints with respect and processing refunds as needed
• Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, register, dining room, restroom and exterior
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Count cash drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and organize while having a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license. (Preferred)
