Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking friendly and dependable Team Members to join our restaurant team in Dalton, GA. You will learn valuable customer service and teamwork skills while contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required; we offer training and opportunities for growth within the restaurant and leadership development paths. This role emphasizes reliability, cheerful attitude, and strong work ethic as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.
• Must be able to stand and work on feet for several hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 10–55 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High school diploma or equivalent when applicable based on age.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Create and maintain eye contact while interacting with guests.
• Build positive connections with guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Support and demonstrate the vision and values of the restaurant.

• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as needed.
