Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring entry-level Crew Members for our Crown Point store. You’ll blend smoothies, serve guests, handle payments, and keep the store welcoming and clean. No prior experience required—we train you and promote from within.

Expect a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, weekly pay with tips, and benefits like a free uniform and employee discounts. We’re looking for energetic, reliable people who put guests first and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Guest comes first attitude and ability to connect with people.
• Energetic, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service is a plus, but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Blend smoothies and prepare food to spec.
• Greet guests and deliver a friendly, purpose-first experience.
• Run the register and handle payments accurately.
• Open/close the store and complete daily tasks.
• Keep the store clean and well stocked.

What you'll do

• Blend delicious, better-for-you smoothies to recipe
• Prep and serve our Power Eats food — flatbreads, chicken bites, and more from the oven
• Greet and engage every Guest to create a friendly, purpose-first experience
• Prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
• Run the register and handle payments accurately
• Perform opening/closing and store checklist tasks
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready
