Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer while following cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and stocked to operating standards.
• Anticipates needs of guests and teammates, acting proactively.
