White Castle in Columbia Heights, MN is hiring for an entry-level team member. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, handle the cash register and drive-thru, and assist in preparing orders while maintaining sanitation and food safety standards.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a high-energy team, working in a fast-paced setting and contributing to the White Castle guest experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Energetic, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Promote White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

Compensation

Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience. Pay Rate: $16.37 - $20.84 per hour
