Job summary

Jimmy John’s in Utah is seeking energetic, friendly team members to join our fast-paced restaurant. You will deliver exceptional customer service, learn quickly, and contribute to a fun, efficient store environment.

No experience required — training provided. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 15-40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
• Adherence to all health, safety, and security guidelines.
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for customer product and service standards.
• Fostering an environment of team work.
• Responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience.
• Greeting and thanking every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Executing quality store operations.
