Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Members in the United States to create a welcoming first impression for guests and to educate them about our menu. You’ll tailor meals to individual preferences, while delivering a warm, memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include keeping the dining and service areas clean, following recipes and safety procedures, restocking stations, and contributing to a high standard of hospitality. Growth opportunities exist as the brand expands.

The Role:

From greeting guests with genuine passion, to teaching customers about our vibrant food menu options and customizing their meals to their personal preferences, our team members do it all.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
• Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
• Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
• Must be comfortable working near open flames
• May be required to work in tight spaces
• Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required
• Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
• Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
