Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Team Member to deliver day-making experiences through outstanding guest service and crafted beverages. You’ll move between barista and greeter roles, follow standard recipes, and help keep the store welcoming and efficient.

We’re seeking energetic team players who value hospitality, can work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and enjoy being part of a supportive herd that puts guests first.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and listens actively.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Manages the cash drawer accurately and follows cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per operating standards.
