Job summary

Freddy’s Team Member in Centennial, Colorado, joins our Operations team to help deliver a warm guest experience and quick, accurate service. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with potential cross-training opportunities for Coldline or Hotline roles and room to grow within the restaurant.

You will assist in preparing signature items, maintain a clean, welcoming dining area, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and hospitality for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.

• Dependable in attendance, policy and procedure.
• Always upholding the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Preparing and maintaining workstations, equipment and food.
• Work together with your team for efficiency, supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.

The Team Member position is at the heart of every guest experience. More than just serving food, this role is

every guest is served with genuine hospitality. Team Members may be trained to specialize as a Coldline or

Hotline Team Member, with opportunities to become cross-trained in both areas. No matter the role, all duties
