Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Cary, NC is seeking Team Members to join our friendly crew. You will welcome guests, take orders, prepare bagels and beverages, and help maintain a clean, efficient store.

We offer flexible schedules, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, paid time off after 2 years, EAP, life coaching, and a 401K match. Previous retail or guest service is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take orders accurately.
• Prepare bagels and beverages to standard recipes.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and safe for guests; operate the register.

What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
