Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member in Isanti, Minnesota. You will deliver guest service, craft hand-made beverages, and support store operations to create day-making experiences for every guest.

This role requires availability for early mornings, evenings, and some holidays or weekends; you must be at least 16. Prior restaurant or guest service experience is preferred. You will work with a friendly team and uphold Caribou's core values.

• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills all team member roles.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash, and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.

• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands must be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.

Compensation Range:

$11.23 - $18.71 per hour

Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
