Job summary

Burger King in Burlington, IA is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service while assisting with daily restaurant operations. You will greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and help prepare and package food and drinks in a fast-paced environment.

You will also help maintain cleanliness and safety across dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces, stock supplies, and support shift leaders.

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
