Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring Team Members in Baton Rouge, LA, to join a purpose-driven team dedicated to helping guests meet fitness and nutrition goals. You will assist guests in selecting smoothies and retail products and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment.

The role involves blending, prep work for fruits and powders, opening/closing duties, and upholding Smoothie King’s culture and mission. Prior fast-food experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a guest-first attitude.
• Age requirement: at least sixteen (16) years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
