Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member for our Apple Valley location. You will craft beverages, serve guests, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient shop that reflects our Purpose and Values.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll join a supportive team focused on guest connection and hospitality. Responsibilities include taking orders, handling payments, keeping the store stocked and clean, and delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
