Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking fun, energetic Team Members to work on-site at the car wash. You will greet customers, explain services, and help with pricing questions while keeping the site clean and organized.

Responsibilities include cashiering, guiding customers to the wash show room, and balancing the cash register at shift start and end. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in locating products and directs to other departments as needed.
• Operates and supports in sales of services and vending items.
• Maintains cash accountability at POS and restocks merchandise.
• Keeps site clean through housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Quick Quack Car Wash is looking for fun and energetic Team Members to join our rapidly growing organization. The person will be working on-site at the car wash, greeting and interacting with customers in a kind and professional manner. Team Members will also have the responsibility of maintaining general housekeeping at the site, cashiering, guiding customers into the car wash showroom, and more!

Qualifications and Requirements:

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Personwill work outside in a loud environment due to carwashequipment. The person will be in constant motion and willparticipatein physical activities, such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending,reachingand stooping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greetscustomers as they enter the location
• Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash
• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers
• Assistscustomers with questions or price discrepancies
• Ensuresaccuratetransactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, andverifyingsales at end of shift
• Assistscustomers inlocatingvarious products, resolving complaints, or providing information; directs customers to otherdepartmentsas necessary
• Holds advertising signs and performs other marketing-related functions
• Properly usessales membership pitch when interacting with new customers
• Sellsadditionalservices and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer
• Accurately and efficientlycompletessales transactions andmaintainsproper cashaccountabilitiesat POS registers
• Stocks andmaintainsmerchandise in vendingcart
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
• Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardized

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
