Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring Customer Crew Members in a fast-paced, customer-focused role. You will take orders, help prepare pizzas, answer phones, and work closely with 2–5 teammates to ensure smooth operations.

We are currently hiring for Customer Crew Members!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take customer orders
• Work together as a team with 2-5 other crew members
• Make pizzas
• Box and cut pizzas
• Prep food
• Clean
• Stock
• Answer phones
• Assist with the dough-making process

DAY SHIFTS:

• 10 am-4 pm
• 11 am-5 pm
• 12 pm-6 pm

NIGHT SHIFTS:

• 3-9 pm
• 4-8 pm
• 5-10 pm

PAY:

• We start our crew members at $15/hr + tips. Tips vary across location but range between an extra $1-2+/hr. For example if your base pay is $15/hr with $2/hr additional in tips you could make as much as $17/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Age 16+ years old
• Dependable and hard-working, with the ability to handle pressure and stress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive Attitude
• Friendly and outgoing
• The ability to understand and follow directions and instructions
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
