Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced crew. You will prepare food and beverages to brand standards, deliver friendly guest service, and keep a clean, safe workspace. This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and accuracy in order fulfillment.

At least 18 years old; HS Diploma or GED preferred. You’ll work with a supportive team to meet speed of service targets while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow Dunkin’ brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Assemble and package orders for guests.
• Understand menu and promotions; answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock items at the workstation and assist with drive-thru/front counter payments if applicable.
• Meet speed of service targets while ensuring order accuracy.
• Serve and communicate with guests; uphold guest-focused culture.
• Communicate with managers and coworkers; organize stock and refrigerated areas.
