• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of manufacturing, engineering, or operations experience in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

You’ll have…

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel (15% domestically and internationally)
• 5 years ofmanufacturing, engineering, or operations experience in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams.

• 5+ years of battery cell-related manufacturing experience.
• Experience succeeding in high levels of complexity, exposure, to multiple business issues, ambiguity, and conflict.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
