Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts and motivate others in fast-paced settings.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand and walk up to 6 hours.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Be an ambassador of Panera's Guiding Values and Behaviors.
