Job summary

Sam's Club, a Walmart subsidiary, seeks a Team Manager to lead multiple departments including Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow. You will empower associates to deliver exceptional member service while upholding Sam’s Club values.

Responsibilities include driving culture, servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement to optimize operations and member satisfaction. This role requires supervisory experience and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

Sam's Club is currently seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles. We equip our management teams to empower our associates to take care of our members.

At Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet! The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
