Walmart's Sam’s Club in Las Vegas is seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles. You will lead teams to empower associates to serve members, with a focus on culture, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 per year with performance-based bonuses. This on-site role includes benefits and a clear path to career growth within Sam’s Club and Walmart.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

Position Summary

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
