Job summary
Sam’s Club in La Habra, CA is hiring Team Managers in Clubs. You’ll lead an amazing team across multiple workgroups, focusing on member experience, sales growth, and developing associates to their full potential.
This role emphasizes living values, servant leadership, and embracing change while delivering for the member through data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
- Preferred: supervisory experience and environmental compliance knowledge; warehouse or retail P&L familiarity.

Sam’s Club is hiring for Team Managers in Clubs, across many locations in the market, and for all workgroups like Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising and Freight Flow. We equip our management teams to empower our associates to take care of our members.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
