Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager to join the bakery-cafe leadership team in Vestavia, AL. You will oversee shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards our guests expect, helping the team deliver exceptional food and guest experiences daily.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
