Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager Lead in Rochester Hills, MI to drive great shifts, coach the team, and maintain Panera’s high standards for food quality and guest service.

You will lead, motivate, and develop staff, participate in interviews, and ensure food safety while building a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
