Job summary

Panera Bread in McAllen, TX is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily shifts, mentor staff, and uphold the brand's high standards of food quality and guest service.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, participate in interview and selection, ensure food safety, and foster a culture of warmth, growth, and trust while delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; background check required.

As a Team Manager, you'll be part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
