Panera Bread in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

You will delight guests with quality food and service, lead, coach, and motivate team members to exceed goals, participate in interviewing, train on food safety, and contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
