Panera Bread in Lincoln, NE seeks a Team Manager to lead shifts, develop teammates, and uphold our high standards for food quality and guest experience.

You will coach staff, participate in interviews, train on food safety, and help foster a welcoming culture of warmth and growth.

This role requires 18+, at least 1 year in restaurant management, ServSafe certification, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
