Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily operations with warmth and efficiency. You will oversee shifts, mentor staff, uphold food safety standards, and ensure guests enjoy consistently high-quality service and menu items.

We value flexibility, teamwork, and a culture of growth. The role requires prior restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to coach a fast-paced team to meet goals and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate and coach in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; background check required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand and walk up to 6 hours, and communicate in loud environments.
• Be an ambassador of Panera Bread values and teamwork.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
