Panera Bread in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a Team Manager Lead to ensure guest delight with top-quality food and service, while coaching and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting. You will lead shifts, recruit and train staff, and foster a culture of warmth, belonging, and trust to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Role requires 18+, restaurant management experience, ServSafe or certification, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
