Job summary

Spectrum Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments, is seeking a dedicated team member to lead our Sheet Metals Department.

The 1st shift runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm. This role focuses on supervising production duties, coordinating with the work center schedule, and providing training and feedback to the team to maintain a productive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related work experience (preferred).
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with the production duties of the department.
• Understands and follows the work center schedule.
• Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance.
• Reports issues that cause the team's performance to be compromised.
• Provides training to both new and progressing team members.
• Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member's ideas are both solicited and listened to.
• Other duties as assigned.
