Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an RN Team Leader for the Operating Room to guide daily surgical operations within the orthopedic service line as both a clinical and operational leader. Coordinate workflows to optimize case flow, participate in audits and quality initiatives, and communicate concerns to leadership for improvement planning.

Requirements: 2 years RN OR experience; ASN; MD RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred; BSN preferred; work in a 24/7 trauma center across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN Operating Room experience.
• Maryland RN license and BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• BSN preferred; Maryland practice requirements apply.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years RN Operating Room experience.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Maryland RN license, BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Additional Details: The role requires proficiency in circulating and scrub perioperative nursing, with advanced clinical expertise and leadership abilities. The position involves managing surgical workflow across multiple specialties, including neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, and robotics, within a 24/7 Level II Trauma Center.
