Role: Team Leader MRI

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing care in the MRI department, coordinate patient flow, supervise staff, and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality imaging services. Conduct patient assessments, start IVs, administer contrast, monitor high-acuity patients, and uphold MRI safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and the Emergency Department to support a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability. Mentor staff and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise in MRI nursing, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of MRI safety protocols, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage high-acuity patients and foster a collaborative environment.
