Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3 years' experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with reduced years of experience.
• Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to read detailed instructions.
• Visual acuity and color vision requirements as specified.
• Ability to lead a team effectively in a clean room environment.
• Familiarity with production equipment and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in coordinating, scheduling and directing other team members.
• Resolve issues related to equipment, process and compliance; main contact for troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of process documentation; review docs.
• Investigate process problems and provide documentation.
• Assist with process/equipment validation and data analysis.
• Represent department in cross-functional teams and assign project work.
• Train and mentor other team members and monitor training.
• Work in a clean room environment with required PPE.
• Assign tasks and develop work schedules.
