Typical Day:

• Oversee and participate in loading vehicles and preparing for the job site.
• Represent the company professionally on-site through good communication with clients and team members, maintaining clean work sites and equipment.
• Follow processes for maintaining each property responsibly.
• Return to the shop once the route is complete.
• Ensure trucks are cleaned daily for efficient job flow.
• Maintain communication with Account Managers.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience required.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and specialized equipment.
• Willing to expand horticultural knowledge.
• Ability to develop a general understanding of job flow and processes.
• Knowledge of safe equipment use on job sites.
• Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including prolonged standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
