Responsibilities

• Ensure team members are in uniform and following safety protocols.
• Manage equipment cleanliness and proper storage.
• Account for employee clocking in/out and lunch breaks.

Job description

Requirements/Expectations for The Grounds Guys Team Leader:

1. At least 2 years' experience in landscape and hardscape field.
2. At least 2 years' experience in driving a truck with experience in hauling both a box and dump trailers.
3. A reliable vehicle to bring you to work every day.
4. A valid driver's license.
5. Wear team shirt and khaki pants daily and making sure entire team is in uniform and wearing proper PPE.
6. Ability to download and use scheduling/timesheet app.
7. Ability to keep team on track to finish jobs within allotted timeframe.
8. Former employer recommendation with work phone number to call for reference.
9. Responsible to make sure equipment is cleaned, stored, locked up, and cared for properly at the end of each day.
10. Responsible for making sure each employee takes a 30 minute lunch and clocking in/out accordingly.
