Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Analyzes sales, reports, and labor with Team Leader.
• Maintains product knowledge and stays current on new items.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork is submitted.
• Collaborates to resolve team concerns.
• Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Fosters positive environment and strong morale.
• Responds to customer needs and guides them to delight.
• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
